Roof cleaning

Just as a façade picks up dirt, a roof also gets soiled, through moss and algae. We generally clean a roof with adjusted pressure and warm water. After this, the roof is treated with a moss and algae killer, to remove every last trace of these plants. The treatment also ensures that new moss and algae do not form as easily, so that the roof stays cleaner for longer. If the roof needs a total refurbishment, we treat the roof first with a moss and algae killer. After leaving the treatment to soak for a few weeks, the roof is cleaned using adjusted pressure and warm water. When the roof is clean and dry, a primer is applied. Finally, the roof is finished using a coloured coating.
